Datapoint Chinese Pidgin Russian/Order of recipient and theme in ditransitive constructions

The ditransitive construction may have the recipient in the position of the direct object (just before the verb), while the theme argument is moved to the position after the verb.
However, there are also instances with a pronominal theme being placed just before the verb. Example 92 shows the order R V T S.
Example 94 shows different strategies in one sentence.
