Datapoint Diu Indo-Portuguese/Order of recipient and theme in ditransitive constructions

Even though Diu Indo-Portuguese admits a high degree of flexibility with regard to the order of clausal constituents (mostly in response to pragmatic considerations), any order other than S-V-T-R is clearly marked. This order is also the most frequent in the language.
