Datapoint Jamaican/Complementizer with verbs of speaking

The complementizer se does not co-occur with two verbs of speaking, se 'say', and piik 'speak'. Apart from these two exceptions, as far as I am aware, all other verbs (and verb phrases) of speaking used in indirect speech constructions must be followed by the complementizer se.
