Datapoint Vincentian Creole/Size of speaker community
The population of St Vincent and the Grenadines is 117,000 (2001 census). No official census has been conducted to inform us about the number of creole speakers. It has been observed that some migrants, mainly to other Caribbean territories, North America and England, continue to use the creole in their family circle.
