Nominal conjunction is marked by ek, and verb phrase conjunction is marked by e (< French et 'and') or epi (< French et puis 'and then'). In more formal, written texts (e.g. innewspapers), nominal conjunction is sometimes marked by e. Clause conjunction is marked either by pure juxtaposition (more in spoken discourse) or by e (more in written texts).
