Datapoint Guadeloupean Creole/œ̃ - nasalized lower mid front rounded vowel
The front rounded vowels from French were maintained in the Islands of Les Saintes and La Désirade (both with a population which is largely of European extraction) and in some parts of continental Guadeloupe (due to social considerations).
