Datapoint Creolese/Predicative locative phrases

The difference between the presence and absence of the locational verb de in these constructions is determined by whether the intent is to give locational information in an answer to the question, 'Where is/can I find X?' However, when the intent is to give generalized information about X, which just happens to be locational, the zero form is employed.
