Datapoint Diu Indo-Portuguese/Expletive subject in ‘seem’ constructions

There is no verb in Diu Indo-Portuguese covering the semantics of 'to seem'. There is, however, a sentence adverb parɛs 'apparently' which indicates weak indirect knowledge of a particular proposition.
