Gender agreement of adjectives is a tendency in relation to human nouns. However, gender agreement with inanimate nouns does occur; further research is needed to account for this process.
Note that the position of the adjective may affect gender agreement with human nouns and the adjective's semantics: un bon amdjer [a good.M women] vs. un amdjer boa [an attractive.F woman].
