Here the indefinite marker voo signals a softened yes-no question. Its normal position is clause final, but it may be followed by coda elements (which are not syntactically integrated into the clause) or heavy extraposed items. Question word + conditional particle is one of two standard ways of constructing an indefinite such as 'somebody/anybody'. (The other uses question word + voo, which usually has a more indefinite reading, such as 'somebody or other; whoever'.)
