Datapoint Michif/Present reference of stative verbs and past perfective reference of dynamic verbs

Unmarked verbs have present tense reading, marked verbs have a different reading (e.g. PST for verbs marked with the past tense prefix kii-).

This is true for both stative and dynamic verbs.
