Datapoint Mauritian Creole/Gender agreement of adnominal adjectives

There appears to be only one partial exception: a minority of speakers use /fol/ rather than /fu/ for 'mad' (Fr. fou, folle) with a female noun, e.g. /en fam fol/ 'a mad woman' but most people use only /fu/. Note also that in a few cases masculine and feminine forms of the same French adjective have contrasting meanings in Mauritian Creole, e.g. /du/ < Fr. doux means 'sweet (sugary)' whereas /dus/
