Datapoint Sri Lanka Portuguese/Uses of the habitual marker

“Only habitual” is interpreted to mean “habitual and none of the other categories mentioned.” The same marker is used for habitual marker and for verbal noun. In addition to habitual, it signals a general (timeless) state of affairs.
