Datapoint Santome/r - voiced dental/alveolar trill

Presumably due to contact with Portuguese, there is a (perhaps growing, ideolectal) tendency to replace the lateral approximant [l] by [r] when it follows a consonant (e.g. tlaba ~ traba 'to work').
