Datapoint Chinese Pidgin English/Syllable codas

Those consonants which occur as coda in Cantonese are used in Chinese Pidgin English, namely /p/, /t/, /k/ and /ng/. Consonant clusters are avoided in coda position by means of epenthesis, as in wantchee 'want'.
