Comment:
One is surprised by na maboko ti lo 'with his hand' when the context makes it clear that the man simply took a knife. This may be an example of the kind of explicitness that is required by the language, but the phrase may have a rhetorical purpose also: to encourage the audience to see the man with his knife in hand on his way to kill the woman.
