This is the usual to express 'say again'. -- Note the absence of /na/ here. Because this was said in a radio broadcast, I would suspect that the speaker was of Ngbandi origin, but it could be a gloss on French 'nous te disons'. Kwe would apply to ala [2PL]; here it seems to refer to what has been said.
