Datapoint Singapore Bazaar Malay/Raining constructions

In Bazaar Malay, an intransitive sentence in which a weather verb like hujan ‘rain’ is used does not require any subject. Such a sentence has the predicate as the only nuclear segment. This is also true in Indonesian and Standard Malay.
