Velar renditions of /n/ occur -- much like in dialectal Spanish -- in primarily two instances:

1) in word-final position (sin, komehén, ten), where it is reflective of a dialectal feature of Spanish;
2) before velar sounds (banko, tanga), where it is assimilated just like /n/ in Spanish.
