Datapoint Papiamentu/Comitatives and instrumentals

The preposition ku is used for comitatives (as in Example 141), instrumentals (as in Example 138), and NP coordination. It is also used in more idiomatic combinations, as also illustrated here, in Examples 49 (figurative instrumental), 139 and 140.
