This examples shows nominal predication with the copula da. This copular form cannot be preceded by a negator, TAM marker or auxiliary. It does not appear in locative predication (disregarding two ambiguous and in any case idiosyncratic instances in Weygandt 1798; see Arends 1989: 39).
